Our Current Response to COVID-19

As your local community bank, Sunnyside Federal Savings and Loan Association is here to help you through the challenges of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Our team is taking every precaution to practice proper cleanliness and social distancing, while still servicing our valued customers during this outbreak. As of now, June 25, 2020, we have modified our branch hours and offered alternate means of banking with Sunnyside Federal.

Social Distancing

To practice social distancing, Sunnyside Federal recommends using our drive-through window, which is now available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and closed on Saturday.

Please note: For the time being, our staff will be available to customers if needed. If you require in-person service, you can walk up to the front door or call us to schedule an appointment.

Account Access

Sunnyside Federal offers several ways to manage your accounts without coming inside the lobby:

• ATM
• Drive Through Window
• Online Banking and Bill Pay
• Mobile App
• Night Drop

Fraud Protection

Sadly, scammers are taking advantage of this coronavirus situation to fool people into giving up their personal information. Please be on the lookout for unsolicited calls from fraudulent parties claiming to be Sunnyside Federal. Sunnyside Federal will never call and ask you for your account, PIN or social security numbers. As you protect yourself physically at this time, remember to be vigilant about your personal information as well.
